The Vancouver Nighthawks will host two open combines on March 13th and March 14th.

Head Coach Andrew Lugsdin is looking forward to welcoming the top competitive players from Vancouver and the surrounding area to attend this event. From these combines the inaugural roster of the Vancouver Nighthawks will be formed.

“We know that Vancouver has some of the best Ultimate talent in the World,” says Operations Manager Brian Gisel. “We are looking forward to a competitive and intense process for picking the team.” Brian also notes that Head Coach and GM Andrew Lugsdin is not just looking locally for players, “The Nighthawks are casting a big net to ensure we bring in the best possible talent.”

The team expects participants who have played with not only the Open Teams Furious George and Blackfish, but also members of the 2012 World Gold Medal winning Team Canada Mixed squad, the highly ranked UBC Thunderbirds College team, members of the 2013 World Games Team Canada and many other highly skilled local, and maybe not so local, players.

All interested players can register online ($20) or register at the fields ($30).
