Vancouver unveiled on Thursday the 2014 Puma away jerseys for the second season of Major League Ultimate.
While every other team’s kits are white, the Vancouver jersey features the Nighthawk streaking across an all-black jersey. Designed for professional athletes, these Puma jerseys come equipped with performance engineered fabric and an ergonomic fit.
“Rather than simply printing the home jersey graphics on a different color, we wanted to experiment with alternate logos and patch placements,” said MLU Creative Director Matt Sewell. “We’re really excited to hear what the fans have to say about these away designs.”[SlideDeck2 id=1497]
The Nighthawks will be wearing these jerseys in their first game on April 12 when they visit the Portland Stags. Vancouver returns the next week to host the San Francisco Dogfish at Thunderbird Stadium for their home opener on April 20.
