With significant roster turnover following the 2015 season, the  relied on their veterans to carry the team while younger players acclimated to league. Entering his second season with the team, LeRoss played an important role for the Nighthawks in 2016, anchoring the D-line. A young hybrid with a high motor, LeRoss brought energy and atheleticism to the Nighthawks defense remy ma stiletto stoners.

A product of Simon Fraser University, LeRoss showed promise in 2015, scoring seven goals and throwing four assists in his first taste of professional ultimate. After playing 94 points as a rookie, LeRoss captitalized on increased playing time in 2016, setting new career highs in assists (7), blocks (3) and completion percentage (84.1%) while playing the 4th most points on the team (149).
